As a Drilling Assistant (m/f/d) - Geotechnical Department - Field Service/Construction Site

Tasks

As a drilling assistant (m/f/d), you'll be spending a lot of time outdoors at construction sites collecting samples and will be in close contact with the team.
You support all activities related to „drilling“ and ensure the maintenance, provision, and functionality of tools.
You will support our projects in the field as agreed upon.
You are also welcome as a career changer with manual skills for the position.
You will support initial field exploration work and, in consultation with the team, examine the existing soil layers (assist with core sampling and/or dynamic probing).
You are responsible for field trials

Profile

Craftsmanship training or good knowledge would be great, but motivated career changers are also welcome.
You impress us with your friendly demeanor, your initiative, and you also prove your teamwork skills.
You are physically fit, have good stamina, and are willing to do „outdoor work.“
Through proper onboarding, you will receive all the necessary information for your area of responsibility from us, and therefore we are very happy to welcome career starters or entry-level individuals here.
For trips to the construction sites, you will need a Class B driver's license (ideally Class BE), and our company pool vehicles will be available to you.
Secure knowledge of German, both written and spoken, is necessary.
