Construction Materials Tester (m/f/d) - Geotechnical Department
Responsibilities
- As a materials tester (m/f/d) in the testing laboratory, you will examine and analyze soil samples for quality and suitability for construction projects and will be in close contact with engineers.
- You are active in geotechnical characterization, recording of soil profiles, soil identification and assessment of soil cores.
- You analyze samples in the lab and assess the load-bearing capacity and other relevant properties of the subsoil, as well as drawing plans and soil profiles.
- You are responsible for the graphical representation of soil layers and/or drill samples.
- You are working with the powerful software WinBohr and CorelDRAW Graphics.
Qualifications
- Successfully completed vocational training as a construction materials tester (m/f/d), ideally with a specialization in geotechnics, or comparable training.
- You should have several years of professional experience.
- Experience with relevant software in the field
- You have an independent and structured way of working with a lot of initiative, but you also demonstrate teamwork skills.
- Proficient German skills, both written and spoken, are necessary for communication.
