AwSV Expert / Department Manager at the Münster location (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
  • Independent management of the "AwSV" department with access to a high-performing team of the "Roxeler family"
  • Independent processing of customer inquiries regarding existing customers with existing framework agreements, as well as new customers
  • Independent execution of local or meeting appointments (primarily in the NRW region)
  • Planning and supervision of required structural inspections in cooperation with the Roxel structural inspection departments and the building materials testing laboratory.
  • Planning, tendering, and supervision of new builds and renovations of existing buildings in cooperation with the Roxel specialist departments for structural engineering and construction management.
  • Creation of informative and precise investigation reports and expert opinions
Qualifications
  • Many years of experience in inspecting facilities for handling hazardous substances
  • Appointment as an AwSV expert in a recognized expert organization according to § 52 (AwSV) desirable
  • Experience in the investigation, assessment, and/or design of concrete waterproofing membranes (with/without coating systems)
  • Expertise in the planning, tendering, and construction supervision of new buildings, as well as the renovation of existing buildings.
  •  Preferably advanced knowledge in the field of concrete or reinforced concrete construction, ideally studies in civil engineering
  • Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration with the involved specialized departments, both internally and externally
