Responsibilities
  • independent planning and development of sustainable concepts
  • Development of holistic solutions for complex planning tasks
  • Processing of performance phases 1 - 9 of the HOAI for small and medium-sized construction projects
  • Renovation of existing buildings
  • Experience with CAD software, preferably AutoCAD/Revit/Allplan (an advantage)
Qualifications
  • You have a completed degree in architecture.
  • Ideally, you already have a confident grasp of applying HOAI and VOB.
  • A careful approach is natural for you.
  • You excel at teamwork and are comfortable in multicultural teams, contributing to a pleasant work environment.
  • Self-responsibility is a given for you, and you gladly take on responsibility for your tasks.
  • Good German language skills, both spoken and written, will make communication in the work environment easier for you.
  • With your knowledge of MS Office programs, you are able to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
